The new leak meters LD 500/510 with integrated camera and leakage calculation are ideal measuring instruments which help to find and document even smallest leakages (0.1 l/min corresponds to approx. 1 € p. a.) easily even in far distances.

LD 510 is the worldwide first leak meter with an additional freely assignable sensor input for all sensors. In addition to the leakage measurement and detection also all necessary measurements with regards to dew point, flow, pressure, and temperature ... can be carried out.

Optional accessories for easy localization of leaks

The detection of compressed air and gas leaks can be more or less problematic depending on the accessibility of the systems. We therefore offer special accessories for our LD 500/510 leak detectors to facilitate leak detection in difficult-to-access areas.

These include, for example, a special acoustic trumpet, a focus tube with focus tip, the so-called flexible "gooseneck" and a parabolic mirror. For more information please see also the additional product images on the left.

The portable thermometers of the optris MS series comprise a single point laser to mark the middle of the measuring field. All additional devices to this series feature an innovative laser sight concept. This means that the radiation takes place within the infrared optical measurement course of beam and marks the accurate measurement field in every distance. For the portable pyrometer optris P20 (1M / 2M) this is carried out by a double laser sight.

All portable thermometers come with an LCD color alarm. This alarm offers to visualize an under-run over over-run of a defined temperature barrier with varying colors of the display background.

The complete portable pyrometer series consists of an USB interface. Temperature graduation can be displayed and recorded at a PC in connection with the optris Connect software.

DP 500 - Portable dew point meter for compressed air and gases

The dew point meter DP 500 with data logger is the ideal portable service instrument for dew point measurement for all types of dryers down to -80°Ctd dew point. The 3.5“ graphic display with touch screen makes the operation very easy. The graphic indication of coloured measuring curves is unique. Ideal for measurement of the current dew point and for graphic indication of the dew point curve/ the switching behavior of the dryer over a longer period of time.

Up to 100 million measured values can be stored with date and measuring site name. The measured data can be transferred to the computer via USB stick. The data can be evaluated comfortably by means of the software CS Soft Basic. Measured data and service reports can be issued easily and quickly.

TEST-4 is a valuable tool for calibration sessions, laboratory tests, and simulation of analog measurements controlled by industrial devices (PLCs, controllers, data acquisition systems, etc…). With an overall accuracy of less than 0.1%, a resolution of one µA and one mV, TEST-4 ensures the best calibration results. It allows the simulation of ramps in both tension and current (active or passive).
TEST-4 can be powered with 220 Vac power supply or through 2-NiMH batteries that provide an average range of 20 hours.
